Seamless Multi-Country Nurse Hiring & Deployment for a Leading Healthcare Group in Saudi Arabia.

Client Overview

Our client, a well-established healthcare provider in Saudi Arabia, operating a wide network of hospitals and medical facilities. With patient volumes rising and a commitment to high-quality care, the client needed to ramp up staffing with skilled General Nurses from overseas—specifically from India, Nepal, Pakistan, and the Philippines—under their own visa and payroll system.

The Challenge

Managing volume recruitment across four countries presented a series of logistical and regulatory challenges. Each country had its own documentation and attestation requirements. The client’s limited visa quota and sponsorship model demanded precise coordination. Ensuring candidates passed the required Dataflow verification and Prometric exams added another layer of complexity. Additionally, cultural orientation was critical, as nurses needed to adapt quickly to Saudi Arabia's work environment and expectations.

Our Solutions

  • Partnered with licensed recruitment agencies in India, Nepal, Pakistan, and the Philippines.
  • Screened candidates based on qualifications, experience, and English proficiency.
  • Supported the client with E-Migrate registration and end-to-end visa processing.
  • Verified all educational degrees, licenses, and employment documents.
  • Assisted candidates in completing the SCFHS-mandated Dataflow and Prometric exams.
  • Educated nurses on Saudi workplace culture, policies, and expectations.
  • Enabled real-time updates through a dedicated client portal via our in-built ERP system.
  • Shared daily and monthly progress reports with the client to ensure transparency and visibility.

Outcome

Within the required timeline, over 50 nurses were successfully deployed—each fully compliant with Saudi licensing and visa standards. The proactive and transparent approach minimized delays and ensured operational continuity for the client. With strong execution and clear communication, Innovations Group became the client’s preferred partner for healthcare staffing, continuing to support their growing needs with efficiency and reliability.
